My name is Shirley Johnson with Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina.  I am licensed in both North and South Carolina and have been in the real estate business for 17 years and 10 years in Development and Property Management.

I worked with Fonville Morisey in Raleigh, NC for 4 years before moving to Ocean Isle Beach, which I started with Prudential Carolina Realty and was with them for 4 years before moving to Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty.

Have been a consistent multi million dollar producer since starting in real estate being a member of the President Circle and the President Elite Circle.

I am very active in the community. Currently I am on the Board of Directors for the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce. I served as the chairperson for the Board of Directors in 2005 for the Chamber for one year and I am  now the Vice Chair of Special Events on the Board of Directors.  I was the Chairperson for the Oyster Festival for 4 years and now I am serving as  the chairperson for the entertainment for the Oyster Festival.

Served on the Golf Committee for the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce

Was Co-Chair for the Raising the Roof for Habitat which raised over $26,000.

On the Board of Directors for the Brunswick County Tourism Development Authority.

Served on the Committee for Community In Schools Gala, which was responsible is

the entertainment.

I am  married and have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. My hobbies are walking on the beach, boating and I have starting golfing.

I love working and helping my clients find their home of their dreams weather it be in a golf community, intracoastal waterway, beach, retirement living or whatever their needs

may been.
